Welcome Page -- This is the opening screen every user sees upon logging into the program. Select All Employees Page -- Here Personnel Department users can quickly navigate to records in the system by using a directory-type listing of all employees. Select TimeKeeper Groups -- An alternative way to find an employee is to filter down through a list of persons with TimeKeeper status in the system. Employee Record Brief Summary -- Once an employee has been selected, this screen presents summary information and links to all operations users can make on the record, depending on their role. Leave Accrued -- This screen allows viewing, editing and deletion of leave accrued over time. Leave Taken -- Here one can view and update leave taken records for the selected employee. Leave Taken (monthly entry form) -- An alternative means of entering leave taken data is through this monthly totals form. Add New Employee Form -- This is the form used to add an new employee to the system. It should provide a good idea of what kind of organizational data is stored for each employee. Post Bulletin Form -- When posting a bulletin to another user in the system, this form is used to capture that data. What would life be without reports? Not as fun, that's for sure. The following represent about a third of the standard built-in reports available in the system. New, custom-built reports are easily added to the system.
